This page explains what data the gather website (gathereventscy.com) collects and how we use it. The data controller is the creative studio gather (Limassol, Cyprus).
What data we collect
We only receive your personal data when you submit the form on our Contact page: your name, phone number and message. We don't collect data automatically and don't use third-party forms to gather personal information.
How we use it
Data from the form is used solely to answer your question, confirm a booking, or discuss a corporate request. We don't use your data for marketing mailouts and don't share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How your request is processed
The form submits directly to a Telegram chat we use to talk with clients. We don't keep a separate database of submissions on the site — the conversation lives in Telegram until we delete it manually.
Who else processes data
A few trusted partners help us run the site and reach you:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and technical infrastructure
- Telegram FZ-LLC — delivering messages from the contact form
- Meta / Instagram — if you follow a link to our Instagram, Meta's own privacy policy applies from that point
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (you fill in and submit the form yourself) and to the extent necessary to respond to your enquiry.
How long we keep data
We keep the conversation only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Cookies

Your rights
As we operate in Cyprus (EU), GDPR applies to you. You have the right to:
- request a copy of your data
- correct inaccurate data
- request deletion of your data
- restrict or object to processing
- lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus
Children
Our services aren't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
